The indoor water park had fun slides and my kids loved the splash zone. The Wi-Fi was pretty unreliable during our stay, which was frustrating.

The indoor water park was fun for the kids and kept them entertained for hours. Our room had some cleanliness issues, with dirty sheets upon arrival. Overall, the staff were friendly. Great location near shopping and dining options.

The condo setup provided ample space for our family of six. The separate bedroom was a nice touch and the comfortable beds ensured restful nights. The kitchen area was functional, though basic. Unfortunately, the room's heating system didn’t work, requiring us to move after a long day of travel. Cleanliness was impressive; carpets and linens were spotless. Noise levels were high at night, with screaming kids echoing in the hallways. The patio was inviting, but the outdoor amenities were too crowded. the room offered good comfort, but management needs to address noise and heating issues for improvement.

Staying here was a blast because it’s just a short drive to fantastic attractions like Dollywood and the Titanic Museum, making it so easy to enjoy Pigeon Forge; we were also thrilled with the amazing on-site water park and activities for the kids like pajama story time and playgrounds, ensuring something fun around every corner! The hotel features a well-equipped kitchen which was super convenient as it made meal times easier, but the water park did get a bit crowded during peak hours.

We enjoyed our time at the Resort At Governor's Crossing, especially the friendly staff and cleanliness. we faced some issues with lost items and inconsistencies from the lifeguards, and the pool could be warmer. a nice place, but it could benefit from some enhancements.

The room was clean and spacious, plus the location was convenient for local attractions. My kids enjoyed the indoor water park, but the pool area was chaotic with unattended kids everywhere. Housekeeping was overly persistent, even after we declined service. Internet issues plagued our stay, and bugs swarmed outside—bring spray if you go! The removal of the kiddie pool for new slides was disappointing for my little ones. We faced unexpected fees for early check-in and late checkout, and the overall upkeep seemed lacking. The charming aspects can't mask the decline in service and comfort.

The facilities are well-equipped for families. Kids loved the pool, arcade, and mini golf. Lifeguards were friendly, enhancing the experience. Clean, spacious rooms with a full kitchen and washer were a bonus. cleanliness fell short. Bugs appeared in the bunk area—unexpected and concerning. The mattress was uncomfortably thin, and the view was disappointingly obstructed. Noise levels made it far from romantic, especially with late-night chaos in the pool area. Staff were courteous, but there’s a need for better crowd control and pest management. A dedicated adult area could improve tranquility. A breakfast option would also elevate the experience. The potential is here; it just requires refinement.

The location is a dream come true with shops and restaurants nearby. The indoor waterpark and daily activities keep everyone entertained and the staff is super friendly and attentive.
Housekeeping visits were excessive and tried my patience.

Great location for families! Plenty of fun stuff for kids like the water park and arcade.
It wasn't inexpensive, but worth it for us.

We had so many interruptions from housekeeping, despite telling them we didn’t need anything. Seriously, they knocked three times in one day! Plus, the TV barely worked, and after maintenance came, it quit again.

The 1 bedroom suite was super comfy. Loved the amenities like the kitchen, microwave, and big flat-screen TV. The indoor and outdoor pools were a hit with the kids. Staff was friendly and the surroundings were pretty quiet.

Our family had a blast at the indoor water wonderland, known as the Aqua Adventure zone. The kids were thrilled to zip down twisty slides, play water volleyball, and splash around in a small pirate, themed splash pad , it was pure joy for the little ones!
My wife says that the check, out time should be extended for families with kids to allow a more relaxed morning departure.

The indoor water park was a blast with high-speed slides, lazy river, and hot tubs. Dollywood and other attractions were nearby for extra fun!
Oh, what a joy it was to question the cleanliness of the blankets in my room! .

the air conditioning was a bit of a letdown as it didn't work properly for the entire duration of my stay. This made it uncomfortable during the warmer days. I appreciated the provision of tea and coffee facilities in the room, which was a nice touch for a morning pick-me-up. The sitting area was comfortable, and I enjoyed lounging there in the evenings. Unfortunately, the terrace lacked proper seating and garden furniture, making it less inviting than I had hoped. The free toiletries provided were a nice convenience, but I found the lack of a washing machine and dryer in the room to be a downside, especially when traveling with children. the kitchen was not well-equipped with cookware and kitchen utensils, which made meal preparation a bit challenging. The presence of an AM/FM alarm clock was helpful, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment. the carpeted floor seemed worn and in need of replacement. One aspect I appreciated was the grocery shopping service, which was convenient for stocking up on essentials.

My friends and I had a blast at the water park and outdoor slides - we felt like kids again, screaming down those twists and turns! The playground shaped like a pirate ship was epic, we spent hours climbing and pretending to be pirates.
We wished there was a cool rooftop party area with music and games for us teenagers to enjoy the nights even more! .

We had an amazing time at Resort at Governor's Crossing. The convenience of being within easy walking distance of attractions like Titanic Museum Attraction and the outlet shopping pleasantly surprised us. , the free WiFi throughout the property was a great added benefit.
Indoor park staffing needs improvement.

The staff was super nice and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay. From the front desk ladies to the housekeeping staff, everyone was awesome! The pool attendants, especially John the lifeguard, were polite and made sure everyone had a great time. Our kids had a blast thanks to the friendly and attentive staff.

The location was great, close to activities and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The room was nice, and the on-site activities were enjoyable. It was convenient to text for help and receive prompt responses.
The property manager was rude, and there were issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The sofa bed had bloodstains, dirty clothes were left in the shower, and the air conditioner was loud.

But the lazy river and pool slides were fantastic, and my kids loved it. The front desk could have been more helpful, but overall I'll recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this cozy resort during the winter exceeded our expectations. The indoor and outdoor water areas provided endless fun for both kids and adults, and the value for money was unbeatable. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the main area but still close to everything we needed. The room was well-equipped with a kitchen, washer and dryer, and all the appliances we needed.
Uncomfortable bed with a noticeable dip in the middle.
